Article V
The Student Council (EMSC)
Section 1: The Student Council consists of the Board members and all the elected class Presidents of each section of each year level.
Section 2: The Council shall:
a) act as a bridge between the Congress and the Board
b) meet with the Board as members of the Constitutional Convention to study, evaluate and finalize amendment/s to the EMSA Constitution and By Laws
c) meet regularly to address class and/or individual student concerns
