Article XI
Amendments
Section 1: Any motion for constitutional amendments must be sponsored by a class/section of a Year Level of the Assembly. The sponsoring class/section shall be responsible for drafting the proposed amendment/s.
Section 2: Any motion for a constitutional amendment must be filed with the Board.
Section 3: The Board shall be tasked with the process of deliberating whether a Constitutional Convention should be called to address the motion for amendment/s. A simple majority vote of 50% + 1 must be reached to mandate a Constitutional Convention.
Section 4: The Congress may meet as members of a Constitutional Convention to study, evaluate and finalize the draft of the proposed amendment/s to be presented to the Assembly for ratification.
Section 5: The Assembly must ratify the proposed amendment/s through a referendum. A majority vote must be reached to ratify the proposed amendment/s.
