Code of Student Discipline

The Student Disciplinary Code consists of the following guidelines, as well as implementing rules issued from time to time by the UA&P Office of Student Affairs. These contain the basic guidelines necessary to maintain an atmosphere conducive to academic and personal formation and are designed to be positive guides for the personal exercise of the student’s freedom. Following the expanded jurisdiction exercised by educational instructions in accordance with law, the Code applies as well to acts committed by a student outside the University premises when these acts involve student status, or are committed on the occasion of University functions or activities, or injure or prejudice the good name or reputation of the University, acts violating public or social norms, and acts that disrupt regular academic life.
