Each time you register for a semester, you must have your ID signed by the Registrar’s Office to renew its validity. You cannot transact business with any University office without a validated ID, as this is the proof that you are currently enrolled. A lost ID should be reported immediately to the Registrar’s Office. To get a replacement, pay a processing fee at the Accounting and Finance Unit and bring a 1x1 photograph to the Registrar’s Office. You must have your ID at all times while within the University premises. You must be ready to present it when requested to do so by a person of authority in the University.
