Article II

Bill of Rights
    Section 1: Every student has the right to be the best that he can be.
    Section 2: Every student has the freedom to express his views and opinions responsibly.
    Section 3: Every student has the right to representation in the EM student government.
    Section 4: Every EM student has the right to run for office in the EM student government and to vote for a candidate for an elective position in the EM student government.
    Section 5: Every student is entitled to a responsible student government that is accountable
not only to the student body but to the University as well.
    Section 6: Every student has the right to information regarding student government activities.
    Section 7: The students of the EM Program have the right to organize themselves into groups or organizations that promote the common good in line with the vision, mission, and values of the EM student government and the University as well.
    Section 8: The students of the EM Program have the right to personal safety and security.
    Section 9: Every student of the EM Program has the right to due process of law.
