Article III

The Student Assembly (EMSA)
    Section 1: All officially enrolled students of the Entrepreneurial Management Program are members of the EM Student Assembly who share the common aspiration of becoming highly competent, ethical, socially and environmentally responsible entrepreneurs. Each member of the student assembly commits and dedicates himself to the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Entrepreneurial Management Program.
    Section 2: Each and every member of the Student Assembly is expected to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

a) To observe the laws of the land and the rules and regulations of the University
b) To uphold the EMSA Constitution
c) To exert his best effort to develop his potentials for competence, service and leadership
d) To contribute to the strengthening of the organization
e) To foster cooperation within the EM Student Assembly
f) To exercise the rights responsibly, and
g) To fulfill his duties with dedication

    Section 3: Within the student assembly, there exists a Student Congress composed of the duly elected Class Officers of each section of each of the four year levels of the EM Program. The Student Congress serves as the legislative body of the Student Assembly.
