Article VIII

Impeachment and Vacancies
    Section 1: Members of the EMSEB and the Congress may be impeached on the following grounds:


a) obtaining a GWA below the minimum requirement set by the EM Program
b) violating any of the provisions of the University Code of Conduct
c) violating any of the rules and regulations of the School of Management
d) violating any of the rules and regulations of the EM program
e) theft or loss of the EMSA funds
f) misuse or abuse of authority
g) using one’s position to enrich oneself

 

    Section 2: The Board Fact Finding Committee shall immediately act on any impeachment case filed against any member of the Board or the Congress. The results of the Fact Finding Committee’s investigation shall be contained in a comprehensive report which the Committee shall be required to submit to the Congress for action. Due process shall be observed in resolving the case. The EM Program Administration shall be represented in the deliberations for the resolution of the case.
    Section 3: In the event of a vacancy, re-election shall be held for that specific position.
