Article IX
General Provisions
Section 1: A simple majority (50% + 1) of the total membership of the body is necessary to constitute a quorum.
Section 2: The name of the Congress and the EMSEB shall not be used for unjust ends.
Section 3: The EMSEB shall have the option to employ a majority vote or a consensus vote for their decision-making process
